What is the date on your transcript? Not sure what you mean “I gave them in 2010.”Hi pls help.
My graduation start year was 2009 however due to backlogs i gave them in 2010 and hence the year mention as 2010 in marksheets.
Now what should I mention the start date.. 2009 or 2010.
If I write 2010 then how I'm going to explain in personal history.
So I'll explain. Admission year was 2009 June but there was backlog in two papers and I cleared the first sem in 2010. In transcript it is 2010 mentioned so that's why bit confused. What is the date on your transcript? Not sure what you mean “I gave them in 2010.”

Yes I'm asking with regards to SINP. If I match my transcripts date then it the three year degree program will become 2.is this for your SINP nomination? Match your transcript date.
But what does your ECA state? If it is 3 years then why worried about dates. You have the ECA that is for 3 years.Yes I'm asking with regards to SINP. If I match my transcripts date then it the three year degree program will become 2.
Because if start year is 2009 then it's 3 and in case 2010 then 2. Keeping 2012 as end year.
Yes in eca it reports 3 years. But in personal history what should I mention for the year 2009.But what does your ECA state? If it is 3 years then why worried about dates. You have the ECA that is for 3 years.
First congrats! Use whatever year you want with an explanation if required. If you are unsure, contact SINP.Yes in eca it reports 3 years. But in personal history what should I mention for the year 2009.
Also now I'm worried because eca report states that degree was awarded in 2014 but I completed degree in 2012.

Are you talking about SINP or Express Entry? What NOC? Since you are in a SINP thread, he must show experience in one NOC to count SINP points. Can’t use two different NOCs and count points for all years of experience. For SINP, his education must match the NOC. So if he has a law degree, then NOC should be a lawyer. For EE, you can use multiple NOCs.Hi @Naturgrl can my husband combine different NOCs but all are relevant to each other? for instance, he is a lawyer who was later promoted to firm manager? is this possible? will it be a problem because law is a regulated profession? the noc for law firm manager requires that one have a degree in the field and years of experience also. please kindly advise.
Yeah, I mean SINP. His current NOC is 10029 - other business services manager. He has 9 years of experience in it and 6 years of experience in Lawyers and notaries NOC. When he became the managing partner he dropped every lawyer duty and focused on law firm administration and management. Are you talking about SINP or Express Entry? What NOC?
