I have a valid job offer and i am claiming 50 points for it and it is also supported by positive lmia. I am currently on closed work permit and my job is valid for 3 years that is upto oct 2025 . The concern is in job offer it is not mentioned that offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you’re accepted as a permanent residence. Although job offer states that it is permanent and full time for 3 years. So can i use this job offer letter or i need to get new job offer.

You have two ways to claim the 50 points:
1. Job offer supported through a valid LMIA (I'm not sure if LMIA has to be valid as a LMIA is only valid for 6 months or so I guess)
2. Offer of employment (which has to mention the 1 year job guarantee)
I guess others would share more on this, but you can claim 50 points through either of those two.
