It all depends on the representative. In my case she was very nice and thoughtful and listened to my queries very patiently.

She is FSW inland and had background verification completed on 15 June so not same as us.

I received the portal 2 today at 8:47pm Vancouver time, after 4 business day from the portal 1.
Ok great! I still haven't gotten mine. I guess Montreal is slower than the other landing offices.
I just spoke to IRCC rep and she said my medicals is passed, eligibility is passed but Background check has not started yet. She asked me to send a webform to NDVO and ask update on background verification.
So that means, the April 19th tracker update doesn't mean anything at all.
Does anybody know NDVO contact number?

Its quite strange that she has asked you to contact NDVO because normally background checks are done by primary VO, which would be the one in Canada.
My primary vo is NDVO. Is that why she said. I specially said my application has surpassed the avg processing time already but I didn't get much response to that.

I just got my RFV yesterday (outland FSW living in the US - details in my signature). I have to mail my passport to an address in Ottawa, ON.
I actually have plans to travel to Canada for a conference in mid-July. Does anyone have any sort of estimate of how long it'll take them to mail back my passport?

Hi, may I ask when you had all four items shown complete in the tracker? I am also applying from the US, Apr. 15 AOR and May 4 MEP. The tracker had all complete since May 31 but no update ever since. The PVO is also Ottawa.

@Mickey55555 we received Rfv letter yesterday now whats the next step..? primary applicant is inland and My dependents are outland they submit their passports in vfs office on behalf of this letter or any letter will receive..?
