I've been waiting for my PR card since Jun 30. The application in GC Key is still at 'Submitted'.

Let me just start by saying that you don't have a big problem. Your situation is very common. You have 7 calendar days to answer your Portal 1 email. If you or your dependents are temporary outside Canada, they ask you to provide the date of their return so they can issue Portal 2 and COPR...

Aaaand now it's my turn to say that my journey is over. Starting from today I've officially become a permanent resident of Canada :p:D

I already have my Portal2 and waiting for eCOPR, and it still show Eligibility - Not Started for me. The tracker is not always showing the true state of things, especially the eligibility.

The best solution would be to postpone the trip. You were supposed to tell them about your trip and the re-entrance date in your Portal 1 email ( as it was explained in the pdf you received). You can try and resend them the email with this information asap (before they created your portal) and...

I got my Portal 1 on June 20. Just received my Portal 2 so I assume @Anastasiia1234 will get theirs tomorrow and @luanchung the day after tomorrow.

Anyone who got their Portal 1, how long did you wait for Portal 2? Especially those whose landing office is Montreal?

If it's not portal and if you are inland they are probably checking your intention to reside in the province.

Ok great! I still haven't gotten mine. I guess Montreal is slower than the other landing offices.

I would double check all the info and the subject (it needs your app # to be included). If everything is good, try calling them. Did you check your spam?

Did you apply to all 4? What office sent you those emails?
