Hi,
I need some clarification. My wife and I are currently applying for PR under the CEC program. We both live in Canada and have work permits (I have full-time employment and she is self-employed). I am the main applicant for the application. We submitted the application on April 12, got the medical exams on May 15 and at the moment we are waiting for the response. My wife needs to travel outside Canada due to a family situation for a month and a half (starting on August 9th). There is a big probability that we get the response after she leaves.
My questions are:
1) Would the application be compromised because she leaves the country during the process? I am staying all time.
2) Should she update her address using a Webform after she leaves? (in case we haven't got a response)
3) In case we get the response after she leaves, could she enter through the US border on a private vehicle with the CoPR?
