Hi iam in same situation i have COPR details updated in tracker since last week.I have not got any portal email.When i called the IRCc they told that it is in progress and did not provide any other updates.Can some one tell how log it takes email to come.

I have a question:
How is it fair that we (who applied during Covid) had almost 1.5y completely wasted when IRCC didn't process any paper not to mention the actual delays for the procceing time due to backlog, how is it fair that after getting our PR we have to wait the same amount of time to get the passports as the ones who got their invitation within months only? shouldn't that years (~1.5y) be accounted and considered when we apply for the citizenship?

Same here. Mine disappeared after submitting photo and address, and it never came back.My COPR Details just disappeared from AST!
Until now no ecopr since May 24.
Was it expiring soon? I called them and they told me it's because my medical was supposedly about to expire in August so they need to re-evaluate my medicals.

You can send email to Virtual Landing office. They may send you a portal to update photo and address. But what come next i dont know till now.
Hi All - I got the portal 2 request but It has only my name in it and I have my spouse as a dependent in my application. (CEC Inland Application)
1. Will my wife get a separate email in her account for Portal 2 access (as she has not got one yet)
2. Or was my portal supposed to have her name as well which is missing and I need to connect to IRCC for same.
If anyone can share any thoughts on same it would be great.

Did you reply to Portal 1 email with your spouses details as well? or just yours?
@sean468 - I never got the portal 1 email , I got the email ids from the conversation in this thread and proactively replied to that email and since I didn't had the full clarity as to how a Portal 1 email should be replied to in case you have dependent, I missed some details for my wife like UCI and the question which asks whether you need to create same account or different. Now i am contemplating what is the next step i should take ? Let me know if you have any suggestions.
