What is the general timeline these days for OINP HCP? My agent told me expect more than 70 days. My application is just me and documents are all in order (except Form 16A which is an additional document but attached ITR). I was thinking simple applications process fast like someone here posted but I think even fast is 60 days and the website does say in 2022 it was 70+ days. Wondering if this year its become faster or slower.

Hey Mate, your question is very valid and you have the accurate facts with you! 2023 seems like 2022 as the people who got NOIs in Feb and March are expecting final decision on their applications in June so 70-100 days patience is much needed along with being grateful that we have the NOIs with us!

We all are in same boat and can expect ourselves to hear final decision in August or September (depending on your submission date) ... I hope this answers your query!

I think its normal..i have seen ppl who got noi in march,still waiting for assessment..check out oinp march draw timelines..i think the processing times differ for every file

Why would it differ for every file? wont it be like similar for the May 5 batch - like the processing time?

Yeah it should be..but unfortunately oinp doesn't work like this..
