Hello, my former employer moved to a new address this year. The reference letter they provided me mentions the new address. However, the T4 slip for the previous tax year mentions their old address. Are there any documentations from their side I need to request to avoid confusions?

Thanks in advance.

That's fine. IRCC isn't going to issue you a PFL for it or reject your application. My employed moved 3 locations (payslips vs reference letters). Had no issues.

If you want, you can ask the employer to state their old address in a letter and attach it to your employment PDF. But I don't see a point to do so.

Thank you. If IRCC has any doubts, they usually call applicants' employers and former employers to verify, don't they?

If they called employers and verified work experience, things would have been very different for most applicants in general. They don't usually even bother to do that. If they find anything that's odd, they'll simply ask you for additional documents. It is very very rare for them to call employers to verify.
