congrats! when did your status change to background process? date?

Status is still reading reviewing my eligibility and back ground check still in progress but ,the final decission was made on April 12,2023,but passport request came yesterday on June 7.starus says my application is still in progress.

I applied in lagos Nigeria

My passport never expired. I got married and got a new one when my marital status changed. So the old one is still not expired but not in use anymore.
And honestly I completely forgot about it. I assumed I’m not getting a reply for this visa and I was actually collecting documents to apply for a new visa
