How long after receiving the correspondence letter for biometrics, do you receive an answer?

I'm so happy My timeline : Application submitted June 6, 2022 Gave my biometrics June 10,2022 Got BVL April 27, 2023 Got OPR June 30th 2023 Application showing document and visa details on tracker after I got BVL. Got This Email from an agent yesterday
We are in the same situation.. I got BVL apr 27,also, tracker show visa details, since then, still waiting for passport request. Am from Nigeria.. Try all means to communicate to them..no response... Still waiting for positive response...- Oluwasaanu
