You can raise a webform or call IRCC but somewhere they will ruin it for you by not doing anything for next 1 month which will trigger FP request.Hello Friends,
My AOR is on 3rd June 2022. I got a fingerprint request on 17th July that I submitted and the Background check showed completed. The LLP was completed on 14th Nov 2022, since then there was no update. Every Step was complete until May 31, the background check went back to "In Progress" and today I got fingerprint request again.
The email I received from IRCC states that: "If you had your fingerprints taken a year or more ago, they have expired and you will have to do them again. Please note that for Canadian citizenship purposes, RCMP fingerprints are only valid for one year."
My fingerprint are not 1 year old yet, last fingerprints I did was 17th July and still it is valid for more than 1 more month.
If my fingerprints are valid why they need again? Anyone had the same situation or would like to suggest next steps. Thank you in advance!
I think you should submit a new finger print so that they have a more recent one in the system instead of spending time on inquiring about your old one. You might not get a response about your inquiry quickly so better to send a new one and move ahead with the process.Hello Friends,
