I'm not sure I understand. What reference letter are you talking about? You're applying for a study permit, right? You don't need an employer reference for that.so i can apply with reference letter, as refernce letter there its mention that the employe is currently till date working.
Agree.i am about to apply for my study visa by self.. as i have a study gap of 5years which is from 2014 to till date. from 2014 to till date i am working.so my question was i cant provide experince letter as i am currently working. while applying i have to submit some documents right from employer to visa file stateing that i was not ideal.
Hi, That should be ok and I think makes your profile stronger. I applied for student visa and sent my employer letter stating the time i have been working there and my salary and got approved. I got graduated at university in 2005 and applied for a PG diploma this year, I didn't submit school transcripts or ielts just the LOA from college stating all conditions have been met.wow sounds great..so i guess i should also provide them the reference letter and pay slip.
1 question is its ok to show visa officer that i am currently working and applying for study visa which is i have not left the job yet. as reference letter states i am yet an employee.
I beg to disagree. Btw, you are answering a post from 2019...It is advisable to consult with a study abroad advisor, immigration consultant, or expert in the field to get personalized advice based on your specific situation and the requirements of your visa application. They can provide guidance and help you make an informed decision about resigning from your job before applying for a study visa.

First, a lot of members here (me included) were able to successfully apply without the need for a consultant. We did get a lot of help from this forum, for FREE!
Second, resigning from current job is a personal choice. It does not strengthen nor weaken one's application. Resigning allows the applicant to concentrate on their application. While sticking to the job gives the applicant a fall back incase the SP application is disapproved.
What IRCC is concerned about (as per various posts in the whole forum) are: relevance of study to previous study and work experience, enough funds to sustain the school fee plus living expenses without the need to work (while a student can work, this should not be a burden so as to affect the study), prospect of jobs back at home country, and assurance that the student will return home after studying. Although, recently, the court ruled that "dual intent" should not be a basis for turning down an SP application. Which makes sense, since Canada is promoting this as a pathway to immigration.
I am not saying that It is mandatory to contact the consultant, but I think consultants can help him in a better way and can help him with a hassle-free visa application process. As we have seen a lot of people facing rejection due to incomplete information about documents requirement. But it is completely your choice. Good Luck! The person is a spammer with a link to their consultant’s firm.
