Hello team I’m a Canadian PR and my husband lives in UK however I currently receive child benefits. Will this affect my eligibility to sponsor him?

Have you declared your husband’s income to CRA to calculate how much you are entitled to in terms of child benefit? Was your spouse included in your PR application. It looks as though you only recently received PR and had been working with your husband previously.
