If you want add any documents with web form you can call them otherwise you still need waiting for AOR to starting process
when you call them you don't have to have an application number or reference number to check your application status. They can check it for you from your UCI number. Just tell them you haven't got any application number but want to check the status of your application.
You can check the status by phone, call 888 242 2100 use your uci number and application number

I did call them and got the XG number. The agent said that the Mississauga office started processing Jan 9, 2023 applications. Which may mean that they start processing after about 5 months. He also said that it is possible to transfer applications to nearby offices for faster processing.
Did you check the status online to see what stage your application at? Although it seems to be within normal processing times. it wouldn't hurt to call them as well.
How did you manage to call IRCC without application number? I have tried but it seems they need application number. Thank you.
