I was asked for TR application for kids along with medical letter but as i was confused and i have sent photo, copy of passport and translated birth certificate i only sent TRV form (5257)
As i sent schedule A form without original signature they wanted all ADR in one PDF
now I have two PDF with 35m & 13m size but i can not upload any of them as it doesn't mention any file size for uploading
I'm going crazy now

The primary issue is Embassies, The Work Permit letters and Passport Requests for Work Permits are sent by the Edmonton office, while Study Visa letters are issued by the local Embassy of the country of the applicant.

Because of this, the principal applicant and spouse get work permit letters first and the kids get them later, Sometimes even after a month.

you need to follow up with IRCC continuously

Just now, March 11, 2021 family applicant received Passport Request (Work Permit approved alongside Student permit of kid)

So, I was just asking you, once a family member receives approval and others are waiting, start calling IRCC weekly to get it worked out. They can push Local Embassies to release the letters

Hmm for my sister they asked for below forms again for my sister, her husband and son ..
Also needed PC clearance for 3 above:
Schedule A: Background /Declaration
(IMM5669) and Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) completed.

If your application is linked in GC-KEY, just sit tight and wait for further instructions

Please has anyone experience this? Ircc refund study permit fee I payed along with my RFPR fee. I paid it together and wrote letter of explanation. I don’t know why they refunded the study permit fee.

Did you pay that for your kid? If yes, whats the age of kid?

Yes I paid it for my kids, 5 and 7 years. I paid $300

Strange, try to calculate the total fee that you have paid till now and see if its already covering Student Fee for kids?

The other reason could be, Did you Accompany your Kids in your application at the beginning?

yes I accompany my kids to my application. And I was asked to pay study permit fee for them. The total amount for the application I made was 2080, apart from the RFPR fee I just paid.

With two kids, spouse and yourself, if you paid 2080 at the beginning, you already paid Student Visa fee for your kids

PR Processing Fee Principal Applicant : 550
PR Processing Fee Spouse : 550
Work Permit Fee Principal Applicant : 255
Work Permit Fee Spouse : 255
Student Visa Fee Kid 1 : 150
Student Visa Fee Kid 2 : 150
Biometrics (family) : 170

Total: 2080

Considering you applied in the Year 2021

And as you mentioned, you paid again student Visa fee alongside RPRF, they refunded it.
Cause you paid it twice.
