Citizenship ceremony on June 5th 2023! but I ***might*** have to postpone because i am outside Canada till the 11th of June

*** looking at the Oath rescheduling threads, I am a bit afraid of postponing my Oath ***

Vancouver office applicants; how long does it take usually to receive the oath invitation after LPP turn green?

Mine was 3 weeks from LLP complete to Oath invite. (Vancouver office as well)

Is it normal, when everything (language, prohibitions, etc) became "Completed" weeks ago, but the status of the application is still "In process"? Doesn't "Decision made" appear right after everything is completed?

Finally Test completed on tracker, Test taken and pass on 17th May, Update in tracker on 26th May, Update visible on 30th May 2023.

Exactly the same situation for me too. We have an almost identical timeline. There’s a thread on the Niagara Falls office on here that I found and it seems they are known for being EXTREMELY slow.

Could you please share the thread link here?

Before. From the spreadsheet, it seems that Decision Made appears right after all checks are performed. However, in our situation, all checks are completed weeks ago. but still "In process". No oath invitation either.

I've got my Oath in 2 weeks, the tracker still says In Progress.

If you can manage to come back and take it, I think you should! Some people get rescheduled easily, and some people are forgotten for months.

You worked hard and waited long for this moment. It's a good idea to drop everything and attend the ceremony now. And hey! you'll have a Canadian passport that will open the world of traveling!
