Application is now "In Progress" as of May 29, 2023. I'm assuming they will ship it soon and we will receive the card by mid next week.

Fast forward to today, my application got rejected again for the same reason.

Just got off the phone with IRCC, but they weren't very helpful and essentially just advised me to put in a paper application lol

Hi there, a *very* similar thing happened to me.

I applied for a card renewal back in Feb, it was returned in March because of "Incomplete application". Only part "incomplete" was "Consent and Declaration" section. Submitted it again in March, and today my application was rejected again for the same reason.

I've contacted my MP about it, because this 1000% looks like a system error. I'll also submit a webform.
And I'll also re-apply in paper form, as I really need this damn card.

I'll let you know how that goes.

wife and I applied on the same day and submitted online within the same hour (Mar 15).
She got her card in the mail last Monday May 29.
I still did not get mine,
both of our applications still say (submitted) on the portal.

PR card renewal application - for work history and address history what date to write if its your present address and work? It's not accepting text like "present" or "today". I dont want to write today's date because my application may be submitted a few days later.

I am in the same boat. My wife and I applied on the same day and submitted online just 1 hour apart on Mar 11th and only hers was received on May 19.. I did not get mine yet.

Hello!

Just to share my case, applied for PR Card Renewal on March 22nd, 2023. No AoR yet and my online application status shows incomplete (which as I understand from other replies on this thread might be a glitch). I have also not been able to link to the IRCC secure account.

However, I spoke to IRCC twice today (since I moved I am trying to submit change of address form, I did submit webform online but no reply), first time they mentioned that the card was dispatched to my new address on May 29. I forgot to take the Application Number since I wanted to connect to IRCC account, next call the lady told me that the application hasn't started processing. Anyone in this boat?

Have applications nears March 22 been processing lately? Where are they in the processing time - feb/mar?
