Unfortunately I think the answers to the first 2 questions are "No". You may try to submit another urgent application, but I think it is very likely that they won't consider your case as urgent, because it is not related to work or health or recent death... Good thing is you still have 2 more...

probably 2-3 months for both questions, and for question #2, only until after about 2-3 months and you receive the AOR, you will no longer get any rejection.

you wont be able to link your application until you receive the AOR. usually people receive AOR 2-3 months after they submitted their applications. Things will move pretty fast after the AOR. Good luck!

i think you may receive your card pretty soon. I submitted as urgent on May 24 and they processed it as received on March 21 (my AOR, ecas and gckey all show my application was received on March 21, i guess this is because my case is urgent, so i jumped the queue). The card was mailed on May 29.

I applied as urgent on May 24 because it is related to my job. And my card was mailed yesterday.

for me, i used the date exactly 5 years ago as the starting date. so for example today is May 30, i will then start from May 30, 2018

if you don't receive it by the time you leave, you can apply for PRTD as soon as you are outside Canada or simply ask your friends in Canada to mail your pr card to you once it is delivered

I think someone mentioned that you can apply for a new account, and just use the uci to link the application with your new account.
