Visitor visa application for my wife

Hi,

I am applying for visitor visa for my wife. She works back home. I want to show this as a strong reason she will be back back home in six month.
In this case, do I need employment reference or "leave application for six month" from her employer?

Establish her employment with - Pay slips, Bank Statement, employment history - offer letter, promotion letters etc , NOC from Employer approving leave

A job in your home country is not a tie if she wants to stay in Canada for 6 months. It is pointless to provide a letter of leave for 6 months
