Australian VET RTO Certificate or Diploma Qualification Evaluation

Hello,

I was wondering if there is anyone who has was able to get their Australian certificate or diploma evaluated?
I would like to know how did WES or any evaluating company evaluate the Competent or Competent Achieved grade?

Any insight will be appreciated!

I had a Cert IV in Telecommunications Engineering Certified by WES and my transcripts had Competent Grading in it. WES Certified it as a Secondary School Diploma. It really should have been something a bit higher than that. Probably best to go to one of the other ones that understand the Australian Certification Framework.

I really appreciate your experience. Did they convert the competent grade into a letter grade?

I’m assuming this wasn’t a course by course evaluation? I really appreciate your help, it is the most helpful as of yet. I need the evaluation to transfer schools but because of the competent grade I need to find out if WES will convert this grade into a letter grade for transfer.

My mate from Victoria, I have an MBA from Melbourne uni, WES certified it as master. I'm sad to hear they did this to you.

I could go get it re-certified at one of the other institutions, but it meets the minimum education requirements for EE and it's all been verified and OK'd through my PR application so there really is no need at this stage.
