For me I need to upload PCC for India as well as USA, in my account there was document placeholder which was like Police certificate and police certificate 2 (no country name mentioned) where as for work ex it was position mentioned next to employment record. so wondering we can upload PCC anywhere within that two spots right as it did not mention country name next to Police certificate.

I had the same issue. I just kept reloading the page or used a different browser till I could clearly see whether it was for the US or India. Also sometimes the option to upload the supporting documents such as LOE would completely disappear. I would do the same thing. Refresh or different browser.

Also sometimes the option to upload the supporting documents such as LOE would completely disappear. I would do the same thing. Refresh or different browser.

I did refresh still nothing popped up, so I uploaded India first and then US as I was not able to see countries. even I try now to see upload document section its same. so i submitted like that, I hope its not an issue or hope they wont deny application as its on wrong place but I could not able to see ant country specific names so I thought anywhere you can upload.

for you what was the order? India first and then USA? for me it never showed any order or names so worried now I tried multiple times, refresh and log back in still never showed country specific names. thinking to raise the webforom now as I submitted application on 15th May so just 3 days ago.

What I noticed is those description texts (Country, Employer, Degree..) appear and disappear after each upload. What I did is take a screen print when they got displayed. That way I knew which record to upload even when they disappeared.

another thing you can try is click on preview my score button.. and after exiting that you'll see the description texts.. for me it always worked like that..
you need to be careful uploading right documents in right asked place.. misplacing them sometimes get us in trouble.
some one also suggested to try incagnito mode or try other browser. it shows up then printscreen like Lord_tony mentioned above.

so what now my application will be rejected as Its not showing any country names for me? I raised the webform too explaining issue and attached snapshot of what its showing right now.

I tried Incognito mode also never it showed country name so tried everything and then submitted application and no raised webform assuming they will receive it on time before they start processing the application.

lets see, tomorrow I will try to call them and will them them to put note or something.

what was your country name orders???? currently I am in USA last year I was in India so I uploaded India then USA
