My BGC was also changed to "in progress" after Biometrics changed to complete. Can you please let me know when you go to the next step? My eligibility has not yet been started.

@Bruzman same here, i have non-accompanying dependent. my medical was done previously for my visitor record extension so the status in my application is already completed. BGC is in progress as well however eligibility is not started yet.

Please did you get a barcode when validated your work permit application form? it didnt generate a barcode for me. And also i'm only able to open and fill the form using firefox.

You just print to PDF and then sign it. Yes you need to get police certificate for every country you lived since you turned 18.
