Passport requested but No COPR on tracker

We received Passport request few days ago but up until now NO COPR on the tracker. Is this normal? Don’t they need the COPR in order to finalize the process? Im just puzzled … anyone knows anything about it?

It's their job to sort that, not yours. Find something else to worry about.

You're hoping for a different answer? Copr is what they send you after the passport request. They don't need a copr to send you a copr. They make the coprs.

It's just a piece of paper that they print.
