Spouse date of birth different in birth certificate

I am in a pickle right now. I was trying to apply for my PR and just realized that my wife has discrepancies in her document. Her dob in her birth certificate is different from all the other documents (education certificates, passport, work permit, indian id cards etc).
We are both in canada now, i am on a pgwp and she is on sowp. The program we are applying through requires both of our birth certificates.
Can anyone give me some suggestions?

What program are you applying through? I was never asked for my birth certificate for my PR application through EE.
