Mental Illness and EE PNP

I have already submitted application through EE PNP, and my medical exam result has already been sent to IRCC. If I am diagnosed with mental illness such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder and OCD (nothing too serious) now, do I need to let IRCC know? Will this affect my application?

I am not sure. In the medical history section of my medical exam report there is a question asking for
Psychological/Psychiatric Disorder (including major depression, bipolar disorder or
schizophrenia)
