You did your medical upfront? Or did you use old one?. And do you remember when it was passed?
My aor is 4th Apr haven't got my medical pass yet.
My medical got passed this morning. I did my medical exam on May 4. So, it was after submitting the application, but before receiving any requests.
I see thanks, I had old medicals from my study permit, but Haven't got medical PAST yet. I'll probably call them to confirm
Hi all, anyone else seeing background and eligibility in review for more than 8 months, could there be anything of concern? When I reached out to MP, they said the file was forwarded to supervisor for review and action by processing officer. Not sure if this is good or bad lol.

So I think they have fixed the online tracker where now the last updated changes when there is any change on your file or when anything new shows up in application history. I had called on Friday as my last updated had changed and thought maybe my security started in the background, only find out it had not yet. So i guess it was only because my wife's medical expiry got extended. Every time I call it shows as 'We received your enquiry' for the call on friday it wasn't showing when I logged in the morning today and the date also showed last updated 12th of April. Just now I logged in and it started showing 'We received your enquiry' for 12th of April and the last updated on top also changed to 15th of April. Previously when I used to call and the application history got updated the date never used to change. SO i guess the reason we all have different last updated now is because its working properly it reflects when did our profile have something last updated.
Congratulations..... Please did your dependent did upfront medical? If yes has it been updated to your application as passed?. My reason for asking. I was nominated with job offer on sinp, I applied for work permit 6 months ago which has been approved, at the end of the approval stage, I was ask to do medical.
I started applying for pr while the work permit is still ongoing. But when I tried submitting my application for pr, the application could not be submitted because they insist I and my dependent do medical, also I and my spouse should do police certificate before we can submit the application. We also did our biometric together because she applied for open work permit, but sadly it was rejected by an error we made.
So while going for the medical requested for my work permit, I just took the whole family since the pr also wants medical before submitting my pr application. My medical for work permit was submitted to ircc by the physician and i passed. but for pr I presumed it to be upfront for all of us. we've submitted the pr application on mar 25th 2023, got AOR April 4th, Rprf was requested 6th April, biometric for both my spouse and I passed 4th April. The issue here is, only my medical was updated as passed and my dependent own still says not started. I don't know if it's because it has been used for work permit already, I can see both my application for work permit/pr on my tracker. I already linked both application, my work permit has been updated as (closed) and approved. No update from ircc yet, Rprf has not been updated on my Gckey account even though I have paid 2days after request. I am Outlander. Sorry for the long post.

My dependents did the medical 2.5 years ago and I believe because of the "5-year exemption policy" they are all exempted.
The interesting thing is, I did my medical last year in May when I applied my PGWP and now I was the only one being requested a medical again!
So for your case, did you see "medical passed" in your GCKEY? Tracker is not always reliable and reflect the real situation...
Did you call IRCC to check what is the exact status of your eligibility? Because in GC key it will always show in review.
