Hello, On March 20th I completed all of the IM 5444 forms and submitted the documents with payment confirmation and sent everything by courier from Chile to the Sydney NS address that the form indicated. It was shown delivered 27 March.
Now two months have gone by and I have yet to hear back from Immigration. Is it normal to take two months for a PRTD request? The real question is, should I (can I?) submit the same information through the online Portal? or will that just interfere with something that should be "in process"? Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Hi all,
I became recently PR and have not yet received my PR card as the officer in the airport told me the card might take up to six months but I had to go back to France to rent my appartement before going back to Canada. I just applied for PRTD online, does anyone know how long does it take to get an answer? I bought my tickets back for end of June, should I reschedule my ticket?

no normal one, but from what I understood my application was processed in Paris office and there is currently not heavy workload here....one more question is did you request urgent PRTD?

I got mine and it is still showing submitted! I would suggest you to call IRCC to have more information.Hello Everyone,
