I see the message too. Is it possible that it could be from only the Scarborough office to avoid calls for updates?
Still on mine. Probably a timed thing that expires after a set time from when you logged in.
I got this message yesterday and today I have a message in the tracker that I'm scheduled for Oath, no email yet

If you see on the Citizenship Tracker that you’ve been asked to take a citizenship test or participate in an interview, hearing or ceremony, but you haven’t received an official invitation from us yet, we might still be planning your event. Your invitation is the official confirmation.
If you haven’t gotten it 6 calendar days before the event, check your junk mail folder and contact our Client Support Centre to make sure we have the right contact information for you.
I noticed this when I logged in just now..
A few people did not get this as can be seen in their replies in this thread.. so not sure if it is a generic update.
