Hi everyone,
I am a Canadian in Vancouver sponsoring my wife under the Family Class Sponsorship. Our case seems to get stuck with the Background Verification which indicated our case is going through the security screening (F12 check). The uncertainties with the timeline brought chaos to our plan.
My question is, as she still have a valid 10-year TRV (till 2028) when we had a vacation in 2019, can she visit me this summer just for a few days? How likely is the chance she get questioned and even rejected by CBSA when she arrives? Has anyone had any similiar experience?
Thanks!
