Mailed my sponsorship application on mar/2020… received the eligibility passed in NOV 2022, no news ever since; it has passed 3 years already; what should i do? Is there any office i can take my case or federal court?

Yes - there is something wrong. Order your gcms notes (also called ATIP), contact your MP.
