I haven't received AOR still. Can't find my application even though I passed the test

I haven't received an AOR yet.
I did do the citizenship knowledge test.

None of the links show me my application.
None of the forms come back with an answer after 5 months of calling and emailing.

They sent me an email to provide them additional information. I did. I have no idea if they received it.
How do I learn anything related to my application?

If you did test, you already gone past AOR.
Your test email has the UCI and the Application Number needed to create a tracker account - https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/

I tried this link with UCI, permanent résident card and other options offered there and I get "application isn't found"

Are you using UCI without "-" and Application Number starting with "C00"?
