Welcome! There's quite a few Nov AOR's in the same boat with regards to Eligibility. Especially CEC and PNPs

If you are an inland applicant - try calling IRCC to learn about whats happening. Sometimes the email isn't dispatched and IRCC assumes portal mail has been sent. They resend it fairly quickly once they learn though.

Hello all, I have been following your posts and learning how to "track"/get a sense of how far along my application was. Got the passport request today!

ITA: 12 OCT 22 (PNP Outland)
AOR: 1 NOV 22
Visa Office: Montreal

Background check was the last stage to show complete on the tracker on 12 April. No ghost updates.

You are in a comprehensive security check, right? I'm sure there will be Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, etc applications that would go for comprehensive security check too. I understand the frustration of anyone that goes into comprehensive security check, but it would always appear more gloomy if you compare non SS to SS. SS from each month's AOR would go more or less through the same wait times

It seems so, my tracker has been showing background in progress since Feb 20th. It's so unfair to be in this situation just because of the place I was born!! What's more, it is becoming harder and harder to live here day by day, and this adds to the frustration

It'll automatically go through the menu options so you don't need to push anything. Just be ready with your application number if you get put through. This will save you from manually dialing each time. If it doesn't work the first time, keep trying a few times a day and you'll eventually get through.

I am from India I got COPR through alberta PNP .in my copr destination city mentioned is Edmonton . But I would like to land and live in Calgary which is in the same province. So if anyone have knowledge about this thing that if I am landing in Calgary which is other than destination city in copr but same province. Will it be problematic at immigration??

It's definitely updating in the background, I called them on the 3rd May about a BOWP question linked to my PR application and on the 4th or 5th, it showed the message "We received your enquiry" for that phone call.
