Any more updates for you? I just caught my first ghost update for the PR card today. eCoPR March 9th.
I got my 2nd update today with status approved and card has been mailed.

Received portal email-7th march
Ecopr date-13th march
1st GU photo approval-1st may
2nd Update PR card approved and mailed-3rd may
Received my PR card on May 2, 2023
Also had a travel to the US last week, I returned by the land border at Niagara Falls. Showed the officer my passport and eCoPR to reenter Canada, no issues at all. Just asked me when I got my eCoPR.
