Hmm, I got a GU this morning right after I received my eCOPR yesterday and linked the PR card application to GC Key. Does it mean that they might mail the card soon? No updates on the portal, just an email about an update this morning. Thank you!

IRCC employees are not on strike anymore. Hopefully, COPR comes soon.

I cannot say for sure. First time I logged in was on Apr-17. By that time, all the stages were complete. In the application history it does not say when they passed eligibility tho.

Also I must say, by the time of receiving Portal Email #1, there was no update on neither the application tracker nor on the IRCC account. Both of them say, that the application is still in progress.
