Experts,
Need your inputs please.
My sister (currently in India working in a Non-skilled job/Admin) is looking for opportunities to come to Canada.
Initially we had some plans to invite her through Visit visa that can allow her to stay here & visit places.
Then came across this IMP site (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...y-foreign/international-mobility-program.html)
But not sure if I understand this exactly. Can someone please let me know?
Can she apply directly apply online to get assessed if she is eligible or not?
or it is for Employers to apply? Then how the candidates approach or apply?

This is for the employer. She cannot apply herself.

Jobs are only LMIA exempt in specific circumstances. If she is going to be looking for a non-skilled/admin role, then an LMIA will be required to apply for a work permit.

An example of someone who would qualify under this program is where that person is working for a global employer in a highly skilled and specialized job in their home country and that employer relocates them to a job with their operations in Canada.

Nothing about you sister's profile indicates she would qualify under IMP. She needs a job offer and approved LMIA to qualify for a work permit.
