Hi, I recently just got married to my gf after 2 years of long distance. We’ve been visiting each other back and forth as she lives in Japan and I live here in Canada. We met here in Canada when she was an International Student. My problem is how am I able to demonstrate the proof of our relationship because we don’t own a property together nor a joint bank account. We were long distance for 2 year and we just visit each other from time to time. I have marriage certificate but besides that I have nothing. I only have photos of us, photos of me with her parents, photos of her with my parents, flight tickets, and wedding photos. We also have love letters and messages.
How can I demonstrate my proof of relationship?

Hi Latrell, I think that demonstrates plenty of evidence. If you are married and she is based outside canada then the tickets, communications, WhatsApp chats, any evidence of video calls, emails would be great.
along with a letter (or two) of support from a member of your family and/or a friend would also go a long way to establish this.
As for your photographic proof, some pictures from the wedding and whatever relationship photos you can use to demonstrate the genuineness of your relationship will be great.
You could make a pdf with the photos and the description of the people and event. Establish a complete timeline from when you began dating to your wedding and the trips after so the officer can easily see the flow of your relationship. lots of suggestions on YouTube on how you can format and create these documents so check there as well.

Im also confuse on checklist 5. Employment/Source of Income. How can I demonstrate this? It says "provide an original letter from your current employer stating your period of employment, salary, and regular hours per week". Would it be possible if I'll just provide my tax form stating my overall income in 2022?
What if I’m a part-time worker working 25hrs. Does it matter? I’m still a student. I have no bankruptcy nor relying on social service.
You’ll need to show that you can support yourselves without government help. Providing proof of sufficient funds in your savings account would be helpful. You don’t have to have a large amount of funds but at least enough to cover emergencies that come up and additional living expenses. Are you close to graduation. If you are and have a job lined up that could provide additional proof of being able to support your family.
You can include a letter of explanation about your plans as a family / expected area of work upon graduation. Likewise for your spouse, since she did some studies in Canada, should have reasonable likelihood of employment here as well. This is in addition to obvious stuff like savings and income. Keep it brief and factual: you have work experience, when you switch to full time work and graduate you'll have more time to work/lower expenses for tuition, etc.
As far as I can tell, they don't enforce specific income levels for spousal sponsorship, so the above should likely be sufficient.
Oh I see, I will just provide my employment letter and also my annual income in 2022. I also will provide letter of our future plans and add the detail saying that my wife has a certificate of childcare in Canada that she’s able to work.
That should be plenty. There isn’t a specific income requirement to sponsor a spouse you just have to prove that you will be able to support yourselves without government help.

Not to hammer away at this but brief and factual: we both have work experience, credentials/area of work, graduating soon, etc. No need to write a novel, just explain concisely how you'll approach. Support with other docs you've already covered.
They don't want or need long explanations, just help them make a quick decision.
One more question, I also stay with my parents for now. Will that disqualify me to sponsor? I’ve talked to my parents and they told that my wife staying in the house should be okay for the start. Once I graduate, I’m moving out also.
No it wouldn’t but perhaps if one of them is doing a support letter for you they can mention it in there
If they are providing free accommodation I would include a letter indicating that they will provide free accommodation especially if they own their home. It sounds like you may be very young. If you don’t have much savings a Canadian family member (usually parents) can also provide proof they have sufficient savings to support both of you until you graduate and start working.
