I have done several courses which range from 1 month to 6 months. TEFL included. While entering these certification courses in personal history, what option should i select as it does not show 'courses of 6months'? I am not claiming points for them so can i leave them?

No need to add if you are the primary applicant and were working full time under that duration. Reasonably reduced complexity can lead to faster processing.

Yes I am the primary applicant but I was a homemaker that time. I did several short courses that time, all courses were under 6 months long. How to include those certifications because no option indicates less than 6 months or as extra courses.

Then don't go the long route. Just say "Learning new skills relevant to {job title} through the internet" - you don't want them to ask for docs for something you aren't claiming any points for.

Thanks. The main issue is selecting level of education in personal history for my certificates. Since my certificates are short courses less than 6 months, there isn't any proper option to select it. Options are as follows -
Please make a selection:
1. None, or less than secondary (High School)
2. Secondary diploma (High school Graduation)
3. One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
3. Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
4. Bachelor’s degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
5. Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must for a program of three or more Years
6. Master’s degree, or Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
7. Doctoral level university degree (phd)

I don't recall those options being there. Personal history has no option in it. It appears that you are trying to add something under education. When I added my info in personal history as a primary applicant - all I did was to add "Did X for Y months". Are you sure that you are adding those to personal history?

Yes, its in personal history. From the options to select employment, unemployment, education etc, I need to select education for certificates. When education is selected under personal history, we get the list of options asking level of education as shown in the previous post. What should i select?

That makes sense now. Since, you were a homemaker during that time, select "unemployed" and then list what I suggested. The form won't ask you for any other info :)

Thanks. Does that mean I dont need to list my certificates as the course durations were less than 6 months?

Is it okay if the primary applicant is a homemaker since 2 years and applying for canada pr? I am the primary applicant, homemaker since 2 years, i was working previously and that's how i got ITA.

That's okay. All you need to do right now is to explain that gap in the form of a personal history. Select "Unemployed" for that duration and add a title that says you spent time upskilling yourself through the internet. You don't need to upload any certificates. Keep your application simple. Unless you say "education or certificates", you won't have to upload or be asked for any certificates.
