Hello, This is for my cousin who moved to Canada in September 2022 on a Study Permit. She has 4 years of experience in IT. She has a PGD from Osmania University and when she applied for Study Permit, she didn't mention the details of this PGD course and she got the course completion certificate in September just before she flew to Canada. If she creates an express entry profile now, can she claim points for the PGD(15 points) or should not mention it in the EE profile as this was not mentioned in the Study Permit application?

That can lead to misinterpretion as she missed the critical detail. Its better to get professional help to go ahead.

Thank you so much. Her consultant filed for her study permit and they said it would be fine. Not sure what to do now.

No worries.
Just wait for the outcome. In the meantime I would suggest to frame a letter of explanation in case she is asked for.

No. She already got her study visa and is in Canada since 2022 September. Now she wants to file for EE profile. And this PGD detail was not mentioned in the Study Permit and is it okay to mention it in the EE profile?

This is a classic case of misrepresentation and IRCC is strict about this; can reject her application and also disbar her for reapplication for 5 years. She should not claim points for her home country PGD.

Yes she needs to mention that.
