Need help with SOP format

My younger sibling applied for Canada student visa last year. But got rejected twice. This time we changed course and college since in gyms notes reason for rejection is stated as “ they won’t be going back and course won’t be helping them for their career”. Can anybody share their SOP format if they were is same situation and got visa.

He got admitted in Conestoga college for business analyst course and he completed B.E in information technology and currently working with small IT startup
