Renewal (reissue) Indian passport from Canada for parents on Super visa?

Can we renew (reissue) Indian passport from Canada for parents on Super visa? For a parent whose passport renewal is due in 2025 and same expiry for super visa what if they are in Canada at the time do they have to travel back and reapply for new super visa?

For example the parent is planning to travel to Canada in 2024 and stay for 2 years but supervisa and passport both expires in 2025, I believe they can renew the passport but can't apply fo rsuper visa from here or is it possible to do so?

Also for re applying for super visa do they need to go thru medicals and all again?

Supervisa is a travel document so as long as they remain in Canada they can visit for up to 5 years as long as they can obtain and pay for supervisa insurance. When they return home after their visit they will apply for another supervisa if they wish to visit Canada again but would encourage them to reestablish ties to their home country first because they can not live in Canada just visit.
