Reference letter validity period

Hello, can anyone tell if a reference letter have a validity period? I have letters written in January 2023 and planning to submit my application for permanent resident by the end of this month or next month. Can I still use them or request another from my employers?

I am applying through the Rural and northern immigration pilot program and I got the community recommendation/nomination last month. Yes,I have date on my reference letters. All dated in January 2023.
