I am PR in Canada. I am sponsoring my spouse for outland immigration. Right now I need to go back to my home country to take care of personal things. I am wondering, if me leaving Canada will affect his' immigration application? Im planing to staying in my home country for 1 year.

A year is way too long. Your application most likely will be cancelled as you need to stay in Canada during the outland process. You can leave for short trips of 2-3 weeks.

If you are leaving for a year you no longer qualify for spousal sponsorship and should be withdrawing your application. One of the conditions as a PR is that you remain in Canada during sponsorship.

Sorry to bother you . I am a Canadian Citizen who live in Quebec , recently got married apply visa for my Spouse in India. I have used the online portal to submit spousal visa under family class Outside Canada and below are the forms that i am submitting

Q1 Please advise if I need to submit any other forms other than mentioned below

1) IMM0008 Generic Application Form for Canada
2) IMM5406 Additional Family Information
3) IMM5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration
4) IMM5562 Supplementary Information
5) IMM1344 Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking
6) IMM5532 Relationship Information and Sponsorship Evaluation Form
7) IMM5533 Document Checklist: Spousal Sponsorship

Q2 Firstly I should submit the application to IRCC , once i receive a letter I will need to apply for CSQ using that letter, please advise
Q3 Do all the forms related to CSQ filled in French Only
Q4 Do we have to mail all the forms CSQ to the below address or do we have any webform if s please share the link

Well you are being a bother and your statement about being sorry is unconvincing.

You already asked this question in a thread you started, which was the right way to go about it. It's bad from to post the same question multiple times and different parts of the forum. That is especially so where, as here, you are putting yourself into a thread started by another poster that has nothing to do with your question. You have been a member here since 2015 and living in Quebec for a long time and you should not need to have these things explained.

I would think that even a casual reading of the online guides, checklists and other information available on the IRCC site should answer your questions. But maybe someone here will care to respond. I am sorry to sound a bit preachy here, but sometimes these things must be said, lest bad habits be reinforced.
