After the Background check to "in progress" from 19th April, today primary applicant eligibility also got completed.

I just had a call with IRCC customer care. I found that my VO is Montreal. Does anyone know how good/ bad/ fast/ slow are they ?
The lady was rather surprised that people from March have already started receiving PPRs.

Got lucky after many failed attempts She said everyone’s working albeit low in capacity thus response & processing times are going to be affected. When i asked that why my Eligibility is not started when others with AOR after mine are getting PPR/ eligibility passed; she was like your criminality is passed and it is also very time consuming - you too have a reason to be happy lol (although i know it was passed 20 days ago even though my Bkground was displaying NOT STARTED) Clearly, the systems don’t update on time and they don’t have all the real-time info

There is no point in comparing your application to other applications Each application has its own merits, complications etc.

Of course, no harm in clarifying with the reps though especially when one gets thru with difficulty.

Mine also States the same. Medical and biometrics once updated you will see the date of passed. For example- you passed the medical test on ‘date’
