Wait for the strike to get over. Once it's over drop an email to the processing office or send a request to webform.

everyone got a GU on March 2. It was an IT system update

I applied in October 2022 and haven't received the test request yet. Anyone in the same boat?? Most of the people who applied after me, already received the request and gave the test too. I checked my spam folder and nothing there but I am worried that I must have cleared my spam folder by mistake.

Anyway I can check with IRCC on this delay or if they sent me already.?

The "citizenship" section under tracker says "not started". I am not sure if that means they sent it and I haven't started it or if they haven't started it?

right now only background verification is done. Language, physical presence and prohibitions are in progress and Citizenship exam and ceremony in "not started" stage

It means that they still have not contacted you yet. So you need to wait for your application to get to that stage of processing.
