Tracker account sign up problem

Hi,
I got the AOR on Mar 30th 2023 for CEC - Inland PR. Since then I am trying to create the tracker account but it is showing up error once I enter the UCI during sign up process.
Can anyone advise why is that happening?

Is you UCI is still CANXX or has it got updated to a numeric 11 digit number?

My UCI still showing up with CANxxxx. How long does it usually take to update with 11 digits number?

That is the same mystery I'm trying to solve myself from March end, it is often 2-3 weeks. For some it has taken longer a couple of months.

The UCI update usually takes up-to a month from AOR, that is when medicals and biometrics are linked to your application and UCI is updated, You can only create a tracker account after that.

Same boat - AOR is Mar 30, 2023 and no updates as yet to register for the tracker
