PR confirmation portal timelines

I joined a WhatsApp group for eCOPR and or cards, there is a person who just got eCOPR, she uploaded on Mar 29 with Calgary being the portal email VO.
Etobicoke seems to be quicker, a person uploaded on Apr 10 and got it today.
Not many people seem to receive portal from OSC Ottawa like I did so I don’t know about me
I called ircc about ecopr they told nothing has to be done now just wait the file is with virtual landing team.that’s all

couple days to status changed to approved in GCKey and mailed around same time.

It's Montreal office so it was soo slow

I'm assuming it's a Montreal office thing as they seem to be disgustingly slow.
It's absolutely pathetic that they can't at least approve an address / produce a CoPR over 3 weeks later
