Hello everyone, I am scared lost as I got an update on the 1st of April to attend an interview on the 12th of April.
Has anyone had the same event, please let me know?
What are the expected questions in the interview?
And when I try to open the link for interview doesn’t open I get this message :
“Something's wrong with the meeting or the link you're using to join it”

We had an in person interview back in January. It’s just a chit chat took 20 mins- where do u live? What do u do? Take all your documents that u have given with u plus all your passports and IDs

Hello everyone, this is my first time ever posting on any forums.
I hope someone can advise me as I really don’t know what to do at this point.
My husband and I have applied for citizenship.
Applied by mail.
AOR November 2021
Background check done Jan 2022
Citizenship Tests August 2022
In person interview in Scarborough office in Jan 19 2023
We went with all our papers, all went well. On the drive home the officer called me and told me there are a few missing stamp translations. She said to get them done and mailed in her name to the Scarborough office.
On Jan 25th I had the missing translations mailed and they were received on Jan 31st.
Since then the tracker is still on “Scheduled for Interview”.
LLP in progress
I’ve called the help center and she told me there are no notes on there.
I’ve also reached out to our MP and she got me the same update, that there are no recent updates nor notes just “processing” for both of us.
I am now worried that our extra translations haven’t been added to our file.
I’ve also sent a web form a couple of weeks ago but with no answer.
Did anyone go through anything similar?
Or does anyone know what I can do other than endless wait.

Did you attach the translation to the webform request ?

Yes if you attach it to the webform they have to add it to your application. In a way forcing them to acknowledge its existence.

18 months after submitting my application, I finally have my FIRST update to announce.

I received a fingerprint request on Wednesday. I received it from Sydney CPC. intend to travel to Canada in a couple of weeks to give my fingerprints.

Got an interview invitation finally today. Full time line:
Applied October 2021
AOR December 2021
Test June 20th 2022
Fingerpirnts Recieved June 27th 2022
Several ghost updates
BG completed Feb 13th 2023
Another ghost update March 2nd 2023
Interview invitation received today April 17th
Interview date April 27th in Mississauga (although when I called a few months back I was told my office was Scarborough)

That's it for now.

That's progress! I have a very similar timeline, applied end of Sep 2021, test June 20 2022, FP July, Background (Security) completed Feb 13 2023.

Unfortunately my LPP is "not started" (as per gcms and ircc call center). Is your LPP in progress or not started (not as per tracker- as per gcms or call centre)?

I emailed Scarborough for urgent processing (with a valid reason), and was told "your file is in queue for review by an officer". I don't know if that means a secondary/special review?

If they have questions, I would like to receive an interview request to clarify their doubts! But being stuck on hold is very frustrating.
