Study permit and work permit

I want to say that I came to Canada on 13th April. But at the airport I didn't get my student permit as well as work permit. In immigration they told everyone that they will send our permits as on our address on or emails. Today is 17th April i didn't received my permits yet. I gone to service Canada too but couldn't got my way.

Please help me out what can i do to get my permits soon.

Its only 5 days today, expect something by next week.
