Hello,
I will submit my Canadian Citizenship application within the next 2 weeks and I will appreciate your guidance for the following:
  1. Which is better to submit the application online or send it as envelope by mail.
  2. What to include in the application. I am aware of passport copies, Tax documents, Photos and residence calculator, Please note that I am 58 years old and no need for English language prove.
  3. Do I have to mention all countries that I visited or lived in the application, The list will be long as it is many years so do I need to add additional papers.
  4. Please a link for the latest citizenship forms to download so I fill the right ones.
Thanks.

If you are comfortable or have help to do it, go the online way. In that way you won't miss anything.

On the contrary paper applications tend to get more quicker than the online applications
take a look at the info the users shared about their timelines

Refer the instruction guide: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-0002-application-canadian-citizenship-under-subsection-5-1-adults-18-years-older.html

You will have to provide physical presence calculation in which declare during the 5 year period the list of absences from Canada https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/rescalcwizard.do (use this link incase you are submitting paper application, if you are applying online, I think the online application has the physical presence calculation tool built into the application form)
On the application document you will have to provide the citizenship and immigration statues (in which you will have to mention the various visa you received)

Paper application processing faster was historically true! It may not hold good since Oct 2022 when processing somewhat equalised. Choose what is convenient to you! IRCC is unpredictable!

Following the guide may be a good idea. It will answer Q2 - 4 pretty clearly.
As others have pointed out, Q1 is subjective - you have to take your chances.

From personal experience - I chose to go with the online application since it was quite easy to use the portal and gather the documents. I don’t see the value of submitting the paper application over the online one honestly. As for the timelines, I used this tracker I found on the forum to get a sense of how long it’ll take and since it has built in analytics, I could easily understand that. Plus the filters were super convenient, I was checking by my city and AOR date https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/canadian-citizenship-processing-tracker
