Think you answered incorrectly - was more than half in French. Should be NO. Then recalculate.

it doesn't change the score, but thank you
You've indicated that your program at Carleton was english / french as a second language for more than 50% of the program. Is that right?

Ah the "Ielts test" pic is a separate language declaration section. I declared that I know both English and French, but only did test in English.

No place to fill language declaration in Education history section. Both schools are English, but to graduate from Concordia, I had to pass their language test too.

That's not what I'm saying. Read my posts again.

Are you on a PGWP? If so you are on an open work permit so job offer gives you no points. A LMIA is applied by a company. The company pays $1k and proves that no Canadian or PR can dod the job. They have to post the job and show that no one can be hired in Canada. So if you were thinking you would get 50 points then no you would not.
As I researched so far, an offer without LMIA could still get points, as long as an international agreement like CUSMA or GATS covers it. I believe my company could be covered under these agreements (most of my co-workers are international and we're allowed to speak English in Quebec).

You're on a PGWP, right? If so, you do not qualify for the 50 points since it's an open work permit with no employer named.

To qualify for the 50 points, you would need to do one of two things:

1) Have your employer get an approved LMIA
OR
2) Switch to an LMIA-exempt closed work permit with your employer named on the work permit and then work for your employer for a full year in Canada. Your employer will also need to provide a letter stating they will continue to employ you for a year after you get PR.

I am working in Canada on a valid work permit. Does this count as a job offer?
No, a work permit is not a job offer. A job offer is valid if your current or future employer:
This is true whether you are working in Canada or not.
There are only two reasons that an employer making you a job offer does not need to get a new LMIA:

I am unable to find any info on CUSMA or GATS and LMIA exempt job offer. But this is what IRCC says in addition to what I shared before:

Hi, I found this article for LMIA-exempt job offer

Jobs exempt from the LMIA
You may be exempt from needing an LMIA for Express Entry if your current temporary job is LMIA-exempt, states a specific employer or employers (for skilled trade jobs, up to two employers can make a job offer), and is:

  1. covered by an international agreement like CUSMA or GATS, and non-trade agreements. This can include professionals, traders and investors.
  2. covered by an agreement between Canada and a province or territory. This includes “significant investment” projects.

Note: From January 1, 2015 to November 19, 2016, jobs offers that didn’t need an LMIA were not considered valid for Express Entry. We now accept certain job offers that don’t need an LMIA.

So you are a US citizen? You would need that to be eligible for CUSMA. It is not whether company falls under agreements but your citizenship.
